Why Use TimeSynch?
Stop wasting precious time on those endless back-and-forth emails. This free, easy-to-use scheduling tool allows you to find the most convenient meeting times for you and your colleagues across multiple timezones. Simply adjust the slider to see at a glance which times fall between normal working hours.
Interactive
The tool uses a simple traffic light system, so you can see at a glance whether or not a time falls within working hours for everyone by adjusting the slider until all the times are green. If the times are amber, they fall just outside normal working hours. If they are red then the person should probably be in bed.
Free
We are funded by displaying Google Ads in a banner on the page. There is no, and never will be, a charge or subscription to use the tool.
Simple
Simply select your location then add the locations of the other attendees of your meeting by selecting from the drop-down menu and clicking the add button. Once you have everyone's locations, use the slider to find the time that is the best fit for everyone.
