After managing a team of developers across three timezones and working with clients in another, it turned out that actually scheduling a meeting quite often took longer than the meeting itself. Sure, calendaring tools like Outlook would convert meetings to the appropriate zones after you gave it a time, but there was nothing to help work out what time to give it in the first place. Hence the creation of a quick tool where times can be determined by moving a slider until the lights go green.
